MuscleM's Workout Generator is currently in development. For now, only the prototype version is available for download.

The following features are going to be available in the future version of the Workout Generator :

VISUALIZATION AND ILLUSTRATION

One of the main reasons for creating the workout generator was actually to help trainees understand their workout routines much better :

Scenarios and Solutions :

a. The trainee does not understand your hand writing completely
a. No hand writing ! The Workout Generator's output will always have a clear writing.
b. The trainee forgot what the hell is "hyperextensions" and how to perform it properly
b. The trainee will have a clear real-life illustration on his printed workout, or a video demonstration on his smart phone
c. The trainee doesn't have a clue where machine number 20 is located
c. The trainee will easily recognize new exercises looking at the visualized exercise in his workout routine
d. The trainee's dog ate his routine, or that he sweat all over it, and needs a new copy.
d. If the trainee view it on his smart phone, no problem. if he needs another printed version, all you need to do is a couple of clicks, and easily you got a new printed copy

TECHNOLODGY AND THE MODERN TRAINEE

How great will it be for your trainees to have their workout on their phones, easily reachable while they listen to music, watching their own custom made by a trainer workout routine with full video demonstrations of the exercises they need to perform !
MuscleM's Workout Generator will support to do just that, using a free app which you can offer to your trainees to view their routines on their Android or Apple based device.
The trainee will also have the option to view the workout routine as a picture, if his phone cannot run the app.

MuscleM's Workout Generator will save you time, there is no doubt about it.
- Reusing an existing workout routine for a different trainee or modifying it can easily be achieved.

For a gym or a similar organization which includes a group of a team of trainers working together, it's important for all the trainers to have the same line of thinking when creating a workout plan.
Using The Workout Generator you can make your basic routines for every scenario, and set a standard for all the trainers to use and follow.
There is nothing more confusing for a trainee to get a contradicting answer for a question he asked two different trainers working in the same gym.

USER INTERFACE

We invested a lot of our efforts to make the transformation from using a pen and paper to a computer software fun and smooth. You will find that any operation you would like to perform is pretty easy to come by.
The workout plan sheet is like your regular A4 page, your trainees list is on one side, while your exercises list is on the other.
Creating a workout plan is now easier than ever.

TRAINEES

The generator offers an easy way to manage your trainees using an ordered list, connecting each trainee to its related workout routines which you created for him/her.

EXERCISES

As the goal of the Workout Generator to be ultra-comprehensive, the generator will offer hundreds of video exercises of strength, cardio and flexibility at your disposal, for the gym, park or home environment, easily reachable from the exercise gallery.
